Can you feel it too?
Spring is trying to push through.
The sun is hanging around a little longer. The air smells different (like potential). And even though winter might have one last slap in store for us, my cells are bunny-hopping at the thought of sunnier days ahead.
And you know what that means? The urge to purge is kicking in.
I’m eyeing cluttered corners. Making piles of outgrown kids’ clothes. Deleting apps I haven’t touched in months.
But here’s what I’ve realized…
Our homes aren’t the only things that need decluttering.
Our time? Our energy? Our sanity? They deserve a deep clean, too.
Most moms think they need better time management.
What they actually need? Less to manage.
We pack our schedules like an overstuffed closet squeezing in commitments, obligations, and “just this once” favors until there’s no space left for what we actually want. And when we start feeling overwhelmed, we assume the problem is organization.
“If I just planned better…”
“If I just woke up earlier…”
“If I just found the right system…”
No.
Time management isn’t the problem. Time overload is.
I see it every day. Moms who are so busy keeping up that they don’t even realize they’re running on fumes. They love their families, but if they’re honest, they’re also exhausted, unfulfilled, and wondering “Is this all there is?”
They sit in the car for an extra two minutes just for some silence.
They scroll at night, knowing they should sleep, but feeling like it’s the only time they get to breathe.
They feel guilty for wanting more but also can’t shake the feeling that they were made for something bigger than just crossing things off a to-do list.
Sound familiar?
If you’re nodding along (if this isn’t just a post, but a reality check) then maybe it’s time for your own spring reset.
I’m opening a few spots in March for 1:1 coaching with moms who are ready to step off the hamster wheel and start making space for what actually matters.
I’m not here to sell you another planner, another hack, or another productivity trick.
I’m here to help you clear the noise, simplify your time, and build a life that feels just as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.
No pressure. Just possibility.
If this hit you in that deep “how did she know?” kind of way, get on my calendar for 30 minutes. Let’s talk, girl.
Because busyness isn’t a badge of honor. It’s a warning sign.
And you deserve better than a life that just fits. You deserve a life that actually feels like yours.
