I know I don’t usually send emails on a Saturday, but today isn’t just any day. It’s International Women’s Day, and with everything happening in the world right now, I couldn’t let it pass without recognizing you.
We, as women, mothers, leaders, dreamers, nurturers carry so much. We hold families together, pour into others, and show up even when we’re running on empty. But today, I want to remind you of something:
You are not just here to sustain others. You are here to be replenished, to be restored, to rise again like the majestic creature God created you to be.
In a world that constantly demands more of us, let’s choose to pour into ourselves too. To reclaim time for what truly matters. To pause, reflect, and write our way back to the women we were created to be.
So today, I invite you to slow down for just a moment. Light a candle. Take a deep breath. Write ONE WORD about the kind of woman you are becoming. Because the world needs her whole, present, and well.
With you always,
Melissa
P.S. If you want to put that word out into the world for personal accountability, hit reply and tell me what word you chose. I’d love to hear. 💛
