A continued Happy Fall to everyone 🎉. Although I received this email a while ago, I am just able to get to clearing out my email the best I can today and I love this newsletter, and although I have so many NO-vember things, one that directly affects my health is what I'd like to list: NO to unhealthy snacking! Desiree, I love this so much. I would say you received this email right on time. Saying no to unhealthy snacking is a great NO-vember item. I needed to hear that myself and I'm sure others can relate as well. I'm very excited to get the journal out into the world. You'll have to let me know your thoughts when you receive one. Thank you so much for being a part of this community and for the inspiration to think of our health especially during this time of year! 💛💛💛

You must know that I absolutely love everything this challenge is giving! Since I've already said "no" to Christmas cards for the past 3 years *sigh*, I think I'll add a loud and resounding "no" to adding any new, recurring activity this month since fall sports just ended and is giving me the break I deserve!
